ADAPT — A Unified Discord + Web Platform for EVE Organization Management (Closed Testing)
ADAPT is a Discord-integrated web platform built to replace the patchwork of tools most EVE groups rely on.
It started as an SRP tool.
It is no longer just an SRP tool.
ADAPT now functions as a central operational layer for corporations and alliances — tying together doctrine management, fleet visibility, logistics, timers, industry tracking, and system mapping, with Discord serving as the primary interface for interaction and notifications.
What makes ADAPT different
A lot of tools treat Discord as a place to send alerts.
ADAPT treats Discord as the operational front-end for the group.
That means the important things go straight to the people who need them:
-
SRP approvals, denials, and payout notifications
-
Timer reminders and escalation pings
-
Fuel warnings
-
Industry and logistics alerts
-
Operational visibility updates
The goal is simple:
If something matters, your group should see it where they already operate — not in a tab they forgot to check.
Lattice — The Command Interface
Lattice is ADAPT’s chain and system mapper.
It is designed for wormhole groups, but it is not limited to wormhole use. It is equally intended to be useful for groups operating in K-space that still need a live operational view of systems, routes, activity, and local context.
More importantly, Lattice is not just one module among many.
It is the core interface where much of ADAPT’s operational data becomes usable in one place.
Instead of forcing users to jump between separate pages and disconnected tools, Lattice brings key information into the map itself so it can be used in context.
What Lattice does
-
Shared, real-time maps per group
-
Chain and system mapping for both wormhole and K-space use
-
Route and connection awareness
-
Live activity overlays
-
Kill overlays and system-level activity context
-
EVE-Scout integration for external connection awareness
What makes it different
Lattice is built to act as a live operational workspace, not just a mapper.
Inside Lattice, users can work with:
-
System-level operational context
-
Timer visibility
-
Structure visibility
-
Fleet and activity awareness
-
D-scan-derived system intelligence
That means the map is not just showing where things are.
It is showing what is happening there.
Built into Lattice already
-
Structure tracking inside systems
-
Timer management inside the mapper
-
D-scan tooling to help build out visible structures and enemy fleet presence inside a system
-
Shared live updates so the map reflects changes as they happen
The end result is that Lattice becomes the place where your group actually works, not just a place to draw connections.

Platform Design
ADAPT is built around two tightly integrated layers:
Web Platform
-
Configuration
-
Data management
-
Live operational visibility
Discord Layer
-
Notifications
-
User interaction
-
Day-to-day execution flow
Rather than treating the website as a separate management panel and Discord as an afterthought, ADAPT is built so the two work as one system.

This post is mainly to:
-
Share what is being built
-
Get feedback from the community
-
Better understand what other groups would want from a platform like this
Final Note
I’ve been playing EVE since 2006, so naturally I assume:
-
it still isn’t ready,
-
there’s something obvious I missed,
-
and somebody will immediately find a way to break it that I never considered.
That is part of why I’m posting it.
If you see gaps, bad assumptions, or features that would make something like this genuinely useful for your group, I’d like to hear it.
