Alfa to Omega Clone Status

I can not change my clone status from Alfa to Omega on the Singularity server. Neither when I or a Friend add 30 days with Plex.

get plex for 100 isk then use it normally

tried use /omega ? not sure if still works.

Tried both already, Still nothing. Stuck as an alfa on Singularity server, and cant do the things I was hoping to.

bugreport and when u see on channel singularity ISD BH guy post the ebr thing so he look on it
