Is there actually an explanation as to what/when/why in regards this message that appears on top of the forums or is it just some random thing that we ignore?
there’s no explination anywhere, which is typical with this pathetic company.
One likely possibility is the admin ran an import script and forgot to re-enable e-mails afterward.
So likely just the usual FCCCP stuff.

(I think a forum mod checked a pointless box and didn’t realize everyone now sees this banner. Mail has never been enabled on the forum anyway.)
And in typical CCP fashion, no one bothers to check anything for days or weeks on end.
Or an AI company is doing a shady experiment.
