Came across this NPC rat I’d never seen before: “Gara Minsk” accompanied by a half dozen cruisers. Had scram, web, and neuts. Couldn’t kill him with a navy BC with kiting fit and drones. Tried again with a brawler fit and neuts took me out. Would like to know how to find this NPC again and advice on killing him.

Why kill Gara Minsk if u can do a business for him and earn much more on a longer distance?
Gara Minsk is an lvl 4 security agent by Serpentis Inquest corporation and permanently located at their HQ Serpenis Prime system which situated in Fountain region.
As soon as ur standing to Serpentis is good enough you can capitalise on missions Gara Minsk gives, gain LP and duy valuable goodies in Serpentis LP shop.

Actually I work 4 Gara Minsk right now! Here u can find a full guide about burner missions which has fits and tactics suitable for 0.0 space and recorded mostly in Fountain, btw.
