Your final hauling fee is calculated automatically for every order.
The price takes into account:
• Route distance and jump count
• Cargo volume
• Number of transport runs
• Delivery priority
• Cargo value and operational risk
Larger shipments are supported through multiple runs. Additional runs increase the hauling fee because each run requires additional flight time and a return trip.
Example:
A small High-Sec shipment requiring one run is priced based on the route and cargo value.
A shipment requiring several runs costs more because the additional flights and return trips are included in the calculation.

The hauling side remains active and available for new requests.
Our automated process continues to handle the initial calculation work around incoming shipments, allowing pilots to provide their cargo information and receive a hauling quote without waiting for a manual calculation.
Automated Hauling
The system remains available 24/7.
Cargo information can be submitted at any time and the required hauling details — including route, cargo value, collateral and fee calculation — are processed as part of the ordering flow.
No need to wait for someone to be online just to get the initial numbers.

The Service Desk infrastructure continues to take shape around the operational side of Appiation.
