HI , Have a PI in balle with 2 barren , 1 ice and 2 Gas planets that are working on t1 PI at the moment, what usefull set up to make from it , I was thinking focusing on gas for noble gas and convert it to Oxygen and then maybe start PI type goods-4 assembly plants on barren planets, heard oxygen is needed in JF fuel but as a component or convert into P4 , so short version best use of 2barren 2 gas , 1 ice ?

You pay taxes both on importing to a planet and exporting from a planet.
As to which planets and goods would be best for you, I don’t know. Look at the recipes, prices, ways to sell the PI or it’s products and try for yourself!

Extraction operations in HiSec are very low yield. Combined with POCO taxes, you’ll need to be careful about imports and exports as they can eat their way through your profits very quickly.
You might consider reaching out to whoever owns the POCOs in that system and see if you can negotiate a better tax rate.
As for what to make, there’s a very limited range of resources available in that system. I’d suggest just extracting whatever resource is richest on each planet and processing it to P1, then selling it. Factory planets in a high-tax environment just aren’t worth the hassle IMHO.
Finally: always process your raw materials to at least P1 before exporting. PI chains predicated on the mass hauling of P0 goods are A Bad Idea™. I’ve seen a couple of attempts from folk who figured out if they buy up all the P0 in Jita and run factory planets, they could make bank. After a week or so in a freighter hauling all that stuff around, they were burning out.
