I generally just applied tonight as Max on Discord. However I felt a bit silly to reach out with the lack of trust in Eve at the minute amongst alliances, so i posted a recruitment thread to get an alliance to approach myself instead for more trust.

Good luck guys with the recruiting, but one tip, when you grow a business or corp you have to trust people for genuine ones in order to grow. Peace

It is common practice for Null-sec Corps/Alliances to request ESI’s from players during the recruiting process.
