Why would it not exist? The old Veldspar Mining Crystal T2 BPCs were converted to Simple Asteroid Mining Crystal Type A II BPCs over here, so someone possessing a BPO probably also got it converted.
It’s just the Type B and Type C that “should” not have T2 BPOs because they were introduced too recently.

I don’t. The only T2 mining crystal BPO price reference I could dig out is this one
