Cant Log into Tranquility

I can log fine with same account into singularity but as soon as i try on tranquility, after clicking on profile lounch button nothing happens? no login screen, nothing. Again, it works fine when i do same account on singularity, any toughts?

Open a ticket with support. That’s the best way to get this solved.
