I’ve not used the Exordium shipcasters, but myself and some of my corpmates can’t access them even though we haven’t used any before. This makes the achievement impossible.
Are you less than 30 days old? Are you in the correct ships?
Do we have a list of the correct ships yet?
My character is just over a month old, and I don’t know what the correct ships are. If a character over 30 days old can’t use the shipcaster, they shouldn’t put the achievement on the list.
Could be a classic FC/CCP thing.
Unachievable inconsistencies are not uncommon.
Take for example the skills. There are a few skills not seeded anymore, but everyone who was able to get them while seeded, has them in their skills list. I have only one of those i think…“Mobile Refinery Operation”. On other characters these skills don’t even show up as trainable.
Then there is “Astronautic Engineering”, which shows as trainable for everyone but also is not seeded anymore. If you fork out 400b isk you can buy the supposedly last one available in Jita.
Then we have a bug where you can train skills beyond level 5 and they just ignore your bug reports to correct it.
So we neither have an equally fully achievable skillset for all players, nor a definitive maximum skillpoint value. Whoever had the most bugs during training and the most luck getting the withdrawn skills a few years ago can be king and everyone else can not achieve this.

I see. Damn, just missed the 30 days thing, and I was using a T1 Probe.
Was it the intent that many of us wouldn’t be able to get some of these achievements?
