Hi everyone,

Back in July we announced the Champions of the Abyss - a quadrant-long contest with some cool prizes for whoever racked up the most victories in the Proving Grounds events that were taking place over the Zenith quadrant.

With only two Proving Grounds events remaining in the quadrant I figured I’d add up all the results from this thread to give an update on the current status of the contest. As of the conclusion of event 7 the current top 50 on the Champions of the Abyss leaderboard is:

With Cable Uta at the top (who is likely just loving the salt we are all providing) this list is bogus. I can’t believe someone who openly cheats the rules will be getting rewarded AND recognized by CCP.

I’m not saying that they should have done it, but I’m not really sure what people expected -fair and honorable combat by all participants? lol
