because in eve many things are linked to your name: what you did in the past, whom you betrayed or flied with, whether you can be trusted, whether you are a usual fc, a good dictor pilot, etc
it would make even easier to infiltrate spies in alliances

So use an Alt, train it thoroughly and after a while it’s your main char and the “epicdragon” is banned into the cave of oblivion.
