I was in the game and had exiting a character to launch another and it would not let me telling me the client is updating. It’s been stuck there for an hour now. I’ve verified the cache. I’ve completely cleared the cache. I’ve verified permissions. I’ve even rebooted.
Thoughts?

Mine just went throught, green bar installing has finished, now able to start the clients, hope it will go for you folks aswell o7
Got it to work by doing this which is bizarre.
Right click on the client icon in your taskbar.
Go to Settings.
Change the Version type to “beta”
Click Okay
