Skill progression is generally straightforward. However, many EVE players don’t really know what to train first. I’ve owned quite a few characters, and I’ve generally noticed this.
I generally pay 750 million ISK per 1 SP if the character meets all the requirements. If that’s not the case and I need to buy skill extractors, the price will be less.
Nevertheless, I want to raise my price to 35 bil, my final offer!
I think that’s a good price considering the current market and the interest players are showing in your characters.

Okay, up to you 35 bil is a good price for your character. I will put a buy order than,
40 bil is something you can consider if your character is focussed on pvp for example.
Your character doesnt have any T3C skills and some other things that I sommed up in the mail.
