when the server dies like this say from 15:50 > 16:03, 13 minutes, what happens to manufacture jobs, or the skill que? Is there a eve clock? Is that seperate?

the bottom line is the can be fixed or this is a new trend now come on guys we pay real money to be lossing ships like this
my ship is in the sun at 0, how can I pick it up?
haven’t been able to get past login for to days. it says login complete then freezes/crash`s.
