Turned in a ticket, no word back. Takes multiple attempts and 15/20 minutes to log in. My three accounts are paid ahead yearly, more of this and I’m gone.

Point is, it’s nor a server issue - there are 34,000 characters logged in as I write this - including a couple of mine. Logins are taking the normal amount of time.
Assuming the system is otherwise behaving normally, I’d try running network diagnostics - should be practically instant once you hit cloudfront. Also verify the shared cache.
