No, these errors in the linux launcher are normal and have no influences of other casualties, because the linux launcher was an internal developer version from CCP and this are the relics of this.
You using a AMD graphics card and have maybe wayland as default window manager running. Wayland is known for making problems with wine so try to use xserver instead of wayland. You can select the window manager on the login screen by using another session (the gear left from the login button).
Next have a look of the used graphics driver, Ubuntu can install the optimal driver for your hardware.
