Did CCP report the change in Storyline missions derived faction standings?

Now the negative derived standings is received for … Concord Assembly

Is it still the case that CA faction standings can not be raised? (see below)

CONCORD Assembly Standing

Currently there’s no way in-game to raise Concord Assembly standing. If your Concord Faction standing drops to -5.00 or lower, you will be attacked upon entering Concord controlled systems in Sanctum Constellation, Genesis Region. When in that area you will be attacked by Concord Navy NPC’s. Those NPC’s are not the insta-killing Concord Police NPC’s.

Because if that’s still the case that will mess up people’s standings without a means to correct it.
