Documentation or tutorial on how to use authentication with Discord

I run a small corp and we rely on Discord. I’ve noticed other organizations use authentication to verify members like these examples:

How do we go about doing this as well?

Aside from setting up a simple website, I don’t have any programming experience with API and development so please keep that in mind when answering. Any how-to tutorials would be great so I know if this is way past my skillsets.

Alliance Auth does that, It’s well documented, so you don’t need to know everything beforehand.
