I search a bot for discord for giving right on discord for ally and mate automatically.
And tools for recruitement for checking token (mail/transaction,contact, etc).

You’ll probably have to write your own bot. For hosting, I would suggest using either an older model raspberry pi (because the new ones are kind of pricy) or an old laptop/pc running a ~5W TDP chip.
Alternatively, hire a dev to make the bot for you and use a cloud hosting service like AWS or (much cheaper) Sparked Host for only 1 USD every month.
You main options are:
AllianceAuth
SeAT
Both require hosting and IT knowledge, but, have very good tutorials.
