ESI giving me 404 for public alliance data

Is there currently an issue with ESI? Any request to https://esi.evetech.net/ui/#/Alliance/get_alliances_alliance_id has a 404 response.

For example: https://esi.evetech.net/latest/alliances/99009104/?datasource=tranquility will return {“error”:“Not found”}. Same for any other alliance id I check.

EDIT: Looks like the App (EVE Portal) doesn’t work currently either.

Are many with the error.

All receive a JSON about Error not found, and in some case aother receive 502 Bad gateway.
