Before joining the corp, I had zero PvP experience. I mostly explored wormhole space and ran level 4 SOE missions. I did try some FW plexing with a buddy, but we died horribly and lost a few million ISK in the process.
Once I joined, Zorros took me under his wing and broke down how FW works overall. He taught me “how to think” in fights, what ships to fly (or aim for), and how to pick my targets. He also showed me key maneuvers I can pull off myself or counter when enemies try them, like the slingshot.
I trained mainly as a tackler, which gave me huge insights into flying in general. It turned my old “PvP shakes” into pure focus and adrenaline.
Big public shoutout to Zorros for all his time and patience teaching newbies like me the ropes of PvP. Seriously, thank you!
