During an interview recently, I was asked, if we are so elite.
Description of elite:
- a select group that is superior in terms of ability or qualities to the rest of a group or society.
- a size of letter in typewriting, with 12 characters to the inch (about 4.7 to the centimeter).
Are we elite based on number 1? It certainly can be debated. I’d say, we are a special breed. We are close to each other, take care for each other, enjoy to play with each other and having fun together. We support each other, we help each other and we make sure, that we stand up for each other.
Does that make us elite? Maybe. Maybe not. But we are looking for people who also fit into the above next to our corp standards and requirement. The chemistry is as important as skills, contribution to the corp and alliance success and other aspects.
