EVE Launcher does not open client

Hello Eve Online community,

My OS is Windows 7. I have restarted my Computer three time. I deleted the %LOCALAPPDATA%\CCP\EVE\ files three times. I have deleted these files as well %LOCALAPPDATA%\CCP\EVE\

My eve clients do not launch. I receive no error message, the clients do not open after clicking ‘Play Now’. Any advice is appreciated.

Can I ask how you fixed it. I have a similar problem, and have tried fresh installs without success.
