Hello, I need my account to be updated for the test server. The password is not working with the test server. Can anyone help me out with this?
Nothing can be done. The devs/GMs don’t manually add accounts to sisi these days.
The test server uses a live server mirror that is made every few months. It copies everything from the live server over to the test server at that point. If your account didn’t exist at the moment the mirror is made, you won’t be able to access sisi until the next mirror is made.
The last mirror was made in February.
