I was just wondering if it was possible for the eve devs to mirror a single account? If not it is fine. I just really want to use the test server to test out fits
No. Mirrors are done every 3-4 months and is server wide, single accounts cannot be mirrored.
5/31/22 was the last mirror, so its possible sept/oct will be the next mirror
