Then you may have a particular problem that I don’t since I deal mostly with wh’s. I would normally fly a scout ahead and if I have to, wait till downtime to fly through anywhere. A good thing for me as its 7 am for me and I have an hr to kill while drinking coffee.
Sometimes you die, just adjust your isk / hour calculation to accomodate and re-assess if it’s worth it.
Besides smartbombs are cool. They’re good for smacking naughty children.

AND small ships can be VERY tanky, if you make that choice.
