For a veteran returning after 14 years, mainly interested in industrial gameplay, this recruitment post caught my attention more than most of the others around.
Everyone I interacted with on Discord seemed perfectly polite, so no complaints there.
I did find the recruitment conversation a little unusual, though. I ended up doing most of the questioning about what the corp actually does, activities, plans, schedules, expectations, etc., and didn’t really get much of a sense of what you were looking for from me.
My application was ultimately rejected, and since no feedback is given, I’m honestly not sure what made me a poor fit. Whether it was asking about the PvP requirement (which isn’t mentioned in this post, although it is on the wiki), being rusty on null after 14 years away, my characters/skills, or just general fit, I couldn’t really say.
Obviously you’re entirely free to recruit whoever you think fits the corp. Some feedback for rejected applicants or a little more detail upfront about what you’re specifically looking for would make the process a lot clearer, though.

Appreciate your comments here @Tassandria1 Unfortunately we don’t give feedback as a general rule. We are currently a little more selective of who we are recruiting due to some internal reasons.
As for the pvp aspect of the recruitment post it is something I am working on our recruitment copy hasn’t been updated for some time so it definitely needs a freshen up.
Again, I appreciate the post here and wish you all the best finding a corp that will be a good fit for you.
