Fitting a ship with modules from the corp hangar possible?

Hello,

i am not sure if it is possible. But can I fit a new ship with modules that are inside a corp hangar?

I can see a drop down box with “Item” or "station containers’’. Now is the question, if i can select one of the seven corp hangars to fit a ship? If yes, what do I have to do, to do that?

I think i have to change the access lists. But i dont know at which position.
