Im looking for a new pvp char with the following requirements :
All dreads piloting skills atleast IV
Dread gunnery / missiles prefferably 5 for t2 guns
All carrier skills atleast IV with t2 siege
Everything up to battleship V
All subcap gunnery/drones/missiles skills max ( except spec )
All support skills for subcaps max.
Must be able to fly in hisec without getting shot by faction police.
