Fresh contract shows as expired

is it a new bug? the contract is fresh and not expired when you double click him… but you can only find himunder requires attention

I can find screenshots showing this behavior going back several years, so looks like it is an old bug. Never hurts to report it again, though, in case someone lost track of it along the way.
