Give Amarr AF one bait Drone capacity?

Amarr AF are the only AF which doesn’t have any drones
Which are helpful to bait out of aggro in Burner missions.

Wolf, Hawk, Harpy don’t have drones either.

You don’t need to bait out of aggro in frig burners, you just have to kill them faster and tank better
