How do you submit a support ticket for the SkinR tool or Paragon studio?

I have set a skin to sequence and have paid plex for it, but now I realise I have made it wrong and it will look stupid. I left out a colour by mistake. I can see no way to cancel it and I cant see any way to submit a support ticket for it?

There is no skin option.

I hope there is some way to cancel this skin or start again with it as I have effectively paid real money for a skin that will now be useless.
