Began getting this error message when attempting to log in to Tranquility this afternoon:
Bad Request - Request Too Long
HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long.
When this began to happen, I had four active accounts on line and was cycling through a series of additional accounts to add game time and extract skill injectors. This is a common practice in the business of farming skill injectors. I’ve done this routinely without having any problems prior to today.
I have tried everything in the launcher’s Shared Cache tool (parsing indices, fixing permissions, verifying integrity) and also tried renaming cache files in eve/sharedcache and appdata/local directories in order to trigger new cache files, to no avail.
I am able to log into the Singularity test server with no problem.
Any ideas on what is causing this error and how to correct it?
Same problem.

Try everything i can do,but still can’t log in.
To follow up, I encountered the problem again yesterday. Deleting the cookies file as suggested by Aranis solves the problem, but does require each account to be revalidated by email validation code again.
It has been 36 days since the first instance, so I’ve probably launched approximately 75 of my accounts to reach the point where the error resurfaced. That must be about the number that pushes the relevant file(s) and the “header record” beyond the size that the launcher is capable of handling.
Found it > worked purrrr fect had forgotten to show hidden folders Many Many Thanks and yes I’m a cat person_ I put the path in my data base above my 144 pilots info
