Start by verifying your shared cache. The game received a couple of updates lately including a new launcher update and you may want to make sure it’s all sound.
You find it in the settings to the launcher.
If the launcher itself seems broken then try to restart the PC. In the worst event however may you need to reinstall the game (let’s hope not of course).
You also need a working Internet connection to login. Make sure you don’t have any Windows updates pending, which are waiting for a reboot. If so then finish the Windows update first.
