Improvement idea for PI planning

Hi!
Returning industry player, I see a lot of new changes and PI, one of my favorite activities now is very easy to look for a barren planet or a plasma planet (Agency and Map) and to see what resources are available in them, but I think is missing the tax info on the planet, similar to how on the Industry UI under the facilities tab u can search for a station NPC or player that can do the task you want and also how much the tax and the system index cost, it would be very useful to see oh, i see 3 barren planets one with 10% tax one with 20% tax, i think i would go with the 10% even if its 5 jumps away, or it would also be a nice way to see low sec tax is only 5% (:weary_cat:) vs HiSec 20%, it sound like its worth the risk of jumping into low sec to get more isk (). It may also make for a better competitive environment for corp owning POCO’s same as other industry player bases, you can see in which is cheaper and you can then move your manufacturing to that structure.

Yeah, that is very annoying that you have to actually travel to the system the planet is in in order to see how much the tax on it amounts to.

You do know that taxes can change at any moment, since they are set by the owning player? Also if it is not yours you can be locked out of accessing the poco completely…
Finally you could negotiate standings with the owning corp to get lower taxes. They are able to set different taxes for different levels of standings if they are into this.
So you see the tax is not fixed. You are just willing (or have to ) to accept their default tax.

That is true for all player owned structures, engineer complexes, refineries have that ability, you can see from the UI how much they charge in taxes without having to travel to the structure or system. For industry is on the industry window, for refineries you can see the tax on the ‘services’ section of the structure. the ask to to have a similar feature for PI, so players can see let’s call it the public tax they are ofering.

For PI tax is not the main factor. High-Sec, Low-Sec and Null planets have different yields. That is what you should care about. In that sense tax is irrelevant.
