Just can't log in today after DT patch

After today’s DT I have not been able to get past the start-up que. An immediate Application Error code pops up that reads,

“exefile.exe - Application Error
The application was unable to start correctly (0x0000142).
Click OK to close the application.”

After doing so, only the launcher remains open.

Anyone have this problem and discover a fix?

Have you tried using the launcher “shared chache” option? allows you to verify file integrity.
