Kept in dry conditions, food will just dry out and never decompose. That burguer it’s technically mummified and as far as we know, it could last a thousand years in a dry environment.
(Also helps that Mcdonald’s food is kept, cooked and served under strictly sterile conditions to ensure consumer safety)
