If you got the launcher window sized to minimum width and placed near the right screen edge, on opening the options menu, the window resizes to the right and extends beyond the right screen edge. Due to this, the window needs to be moved each time accessing the options.
The window should always resize towards the center of the screen, in this case, to the left.
