unless you tell them, they won’t know to guard or assist a fleet member… what you want is already in game…

Last time ccp tried to change the drones, it messed a lot of things up in game not related to drones.

Youre just gonna have to manually tell them to guard other players. They are your drones so they wont guard another player without you giving the command

reminder:

I understand that would be a convenient feature for drone users, but really, it would also be the wet dream of any massmultiboxer and basically allow whole mass-botting fleets that automatically protect themselves.
It the moment I am pretty much convinced that DroneAssist should be more limited, if not removed entirely. Seen too many Ishtar- and Eos-Fleets around recently, all controlled by a single person.
For that reason I am strongly against it, I fear it would push the game even more towards an unhealthy state in favor of massmultiboxers, sorry.

Suggestion: Neocom icons for Directional scanner, Local and drones

it is same for many other minimized windows… they do not inherit their main NeoCom icon then :pensive:

Suggestion: Increase Rogue Drone Infestation Data Buy order

Note: Save RSI, Avoid Market spam / server load

NPC buy orders for Rogue Drone Infestation Data are too small. They are presently 1123 units, but i regularly sell 500,000+ units in a session.
due to the limited buy orders, and market spam limits, this can take literal hours regularly hitting the 10 orders per min limit.
Please Increase the limit 10 or 100x higher

Suggestion: “Activate on de-cloak” option for things like hardeners
Keywords: Fleet, jump, pvp
Note: When jumping through a gate your hardeners among other things turn off. This can be a issue if you want them to always be on.

Suggestion: Small cargo hold on JFs to hold 3 low slot modules for swapping
Keywords: jump freighter, specialized cargo
Note: Having a place to store 3 alternate modules (cargo expanders, fuel economizers, or whatever modules you use on your JF) so they don’t get mixed in with hauled cargo

Suggestion: Give carriers 3m ship maintenance bay
Keywords: Carriers, Storage
Note: Increase the ship maintenance bay of carriers to 3m instead of 1m. Its currrently far too small to even be used as an effective ship carrier, and can realistically not move very much. Lets make these at least be useful by giving them some love.

Suggestion: Expanded MOTD Character Count

Note: The rationale for this change is to make the sharing of information and helpful links in the game easier and more flexible.

Many players share knowledge by using in-game moderated (effectively non-chat) channels, and embedding info and links into the channel’s Message of the Day (MOTD - displayed as people log into the channel). These channels are very useful for rookies and veteran players, providing resources and links to webpages that help them learn, thrive, and stay engaged with the game.

I manage four moderated channels, Rookie Infopedia, Pilot Infopedia, Overview Encyclopedia, and Fittings Encyclopedia frequently used by rookies (as well as veterans) and these are often referenced and linked to in the help channels. These channels are always populated, especially Overview Encyclopedia and Fittings Encyclopedia, each consistently hosting 70-100 participants on average.

Embedding information in a channel’s MOTD works well, especially when the content is text-only. However, when you start including links to other channels and web hyperlinks – like I do for the channels above – the 4,000-character limit (including visible and hidden formatting) fills up very quickly.

An easy and pretty simple improvement therefore would be to increase the MOTD character limit, maybe matching the in-game email limit of 8,000 characters.

Suggestion: Claim ISK when selling on market or completing a mission

Note: Its too convenient when the ISK automatially goes into the wallet after selling something or completing a mission. Please make it so i have to click claim every time just like the daily goals and the air career program rewards.

Suggestion: Eject pod with 2000 m/sec when blown up and 4000 m/s if self-ejecting

Note: It seems too easy to lose a pod after you also lost your ship

Suggestion: FW LP Rewards in increments instead of single reward upon capture
Keywords: FW, LP, risk vs reward
Note: Medium complex takes 15 minutes to capture but if you are push out the last second you wasted all the time. This makes it feel like high risk and low reward which kills the content. Similarly in battlefields if you get killed and don’t make it back in time you receive no reward but everyone else does. Also feels like high risk and low reward.

Suggestion: Increase the amount of market orders per character
Keywords: Economy, inflation, trade
Note: People who stock for example trade hubs are few in between. Its not for everyone. But to those that do that they run into a limit too fast and makes market hubs like for example Hek run out of items.

Suggestion: Make industry tab feel more like an industry tab
Keywords: Industry, UI
Note: At the moment the industry tab is not immersive

Suggestion: Name abyssal filaments according to their tier. For example “T0 Dark Filament”

Note: Accurately naming items makes the learning curve less steep


Names only give a vague indication of tier

Suggestion: Allow the AIR Career program to track T1+ abyssals

Note: After two T0 Abyssals you are ready for T1, but if you want to progress the AIR career program you have to do 5 abyssals as T0

Suggestion: Deliver manufactured item remotely
Keyword: Daily, Mission, Missions, Industry
Note: The last time the daily was manufacture an item i was in Amarr, but today i am in Jita, which means i cannot deliver the job and start a new one until i go back to amarr to click deliver. Sad
