We feel like it’s time for a new Little Things thread, a place where you can post your suggestions for little quality of life changes. UI or other client suggestions would be most relevant, but any small suggestions are welcome. The old thread is still being read, so there is no need to repost suggestions from there here.
To make it easier to read and process, please post your suggestions in the following format:
When I’m buying stuff from Jita with Multibuy and need to ship it somewhere else, it would be very useful to know how much space the order takes up so I know if it fits in my 60k m3 hauler.

When turning in a ship or item for the Paragon mission “Paragon Requests: Ships for Tips,” allow the player to choose the turn-in from a list, rather than making them click “Request/Decline” for twenty minutes until the RNG asks for the item they have to turn in.
Suggestion: ability to disable skill requirements in item tooltips

Note: Most of the time I am not interested in skill requirements at all of the items in my inventory. The tooltips block my view. I don’t want to delay useful tooltips, I want to disable the skill requirements in the tooltips.
Yes, I know I cannot mine Mercoxit with this pilot. This is in the cargohold of my Porpoise pilot and I don’t see myself buy or train those skills as they’re irrelevant to that pilot. This is annoying on many specialized characters. Hovering the cargohold of a hauling character brings up a massive useless tooltip for almost every item.
Suggestion: Ability to disable Volumetric Effects

Note: Improve performance on older systems.
It would greatly improve performance on older systems if we could disable Volumetric Effects without having to choose the “Low” shader setting (since this basically enables “potato mode” and drastically degrades visual quality).
Suggestion: Add an audio settings option to mute station announcements separate from environmental sounds

Note: It would be nice to silence the repetive announcements without having to mute the station (and other) environmental audio.
Suggestion: Remove the ability to rename mobile depots and mobile tractor units.

Note: Reduce unwanted spam/clutter by removing the ability to add referral links (etc.) to mobile depots and mobile tractor units (not really needed for the latter, but might as well kill 2 birds with 1 stone).
Suggestion: Notification when someone accepts your contract

Note: Upon logging in and while logged in there seems to be no notifications if someone accepted your contract
Suggestion: Notification when contract gets a new bid

Note: There seems to be no notifications if someone bids on your contract, or if an auction is complete and you can withdraw ISK
Suggestion: Reward for making a structure invulnerable
Keywords: Structure, bashing, booster
Note: Structure bashing is anti climactic due to them becoming invulnerable most of the time. Most of the time the enemy does not show either and the bashing still takes a while. Getting for example, “Barrage” +4% Damage after a structure you recently attacked became invulnerable would make it a better fleet activity. 6h duration, 12h with Biology V
Reinforcement of structures should be it’s own reward. No need to ‘reward’ people with buffs when they do that.
If you think structure bashing currently is boring, please start a thread to discuss possibilities to make it more enticing, but I don’t see why the game should reward people for trying to destroy other people’s infrastructure.
Suggestion: Reward for players on grid that didn’t damage a structure that fully repaired

Note: Guarding a structure while it repairs can take a while and most of the time the enemy does not show up. Getting a decent booster effect for guarding a structure until it was fully repaired will make guarding a better fleet activity.
Suggestion: allow us to toggle off the ‘unallocated skill points’ pop-up

Note: always when I log in on characters to do anything industry related this pop-up is blocking the industry tab for a couple of seconds, which is has been a big annoyance for a long time now.
Suggestion: Indicate entities that are far away

Note: Entities that are thousands of km away pose less risk than entities that are close but they are displayed the same in the overview which is misleading at first glance.
Suggestion: Show date structure was anchored

Note: Checking the date a structure was added give players a better idea if its trustworthy or not. Generally structures that have been anchored for longer are more trustworthy. Players can also find out which is the oldest anchored structure in EVE among other things.
Suggestion: allow corporations to create bills towards their members and other corps using the existing system

Note: ccp expressed a desire to allow smaller corps to do in game what bigger orgs do with external tools. That is one of those things
