Suggestion: Loot and scoop for MTU
Keywords: Looting, MTU, UI
Note: The MTU is throwing the loot into space instead of your cargo hold when you scoop it up
That is because looting the MTU and looting the contents of the MTU are two separate actions, to allow you to scoop the MTU even if you cannot scoop all it’s contents. The MTU can hold a lot more volume than most ships can.
There should be a button or similar that loots and scoops MTU
A third optional button that does the same as two other essential buttons combined unnecessarily clutters the interface.
I think what they are after is an ability to apply a filter in the form of ( only if distance < 3000 km ) an interceptor 3000km away is as impactful as one that is 300 AU away.
Suggestion: Toggle to “Automatically lose EVE Client on Disconnect”
Keywords: UI,Settings
When the server restarts in the middle of the evening I am always left with a client that says ‘disconnected’ chewing up my CPU until I turn it off manually. An option to show a ‘you have been disconnected’ for 30 seconds before closing would suffice for those who might otherwise think EVE has simply crashed to desktop.
Suggestion: Sound effect when target lock is lost
Keywords: Salvaging, Ratting, sound
Note: It would be helpful with a sound effect when the salvaging is successful or the NPC dies or your target lock is otherwise lost.
Suggestion: Open cargo hold inventory window automatically when you open cargo deposit on structures
Keywords: UI, cargo deposit, structures
Note: You cannot transfer items to the cargo deposit on structures unless the ship cargo hold window is open as well
Suggestion: More readable Fonts
Keywords: ui
Note: We are getting old and sight is geting worse. After full day of work its sometimes hard to read anything in game.
Suggestion: Add “Access” (Custom Office) button next to View/WarpTo in Planetary Industry window
Keywords: UI, PI
Note: Removes the need to go to submenu under “Right Click” → “Custom Office” → “Access Custom Office”This would greatly improve the typical workflow when gathering PI from different Custom Offices, especially when doing few characters at the same time. Currently, we have “View” and “Warp To” button which are extremely helpful because they reduce the amount of clicks one have to do when gathering PI (no need to use the Right Click menu). Adding “Access” button as well would reduce the amount of clicks needed to gather PI.

Suggestion: Ability to see modules and module slots while docked in station
Keywords: ui, modules, rack
Note: Useful setting your ship up prior to undocking
It would be a major QOL improvement to allow players the ability to arrange their modules into F-key slots before undocking and potentially being in a hostile situation.
Suggestion: Ability to sell items from station containers and ship’s inventory
Keywords: ui, station containers, inventory, market
Note: Makes station containers more usable
I store a lot of stuff on a trade hub station. I use station containers to organize that stuff, like planetary commodities, modules, minerals and so on. But it makes station containers useless when I want to sell goods or modules, because I can sell items only from Items hangar. Same story with ship cargo hold - I need to move item to station’s Item hangar and then sell. But I also often bring some items to station just to sell it there, so why I can’t do this directly from ship’s cargo hold?
Hi,
Thanks for doing this!
Two maybe little things that would be massive QoL improvements:
1 - Scanned sigs persist after disconnect / logging out and in
2 - Increase/Remove the bookmark cap for shared folders – would it be possible to keep a cap for “permanent” sigs but remove the cap for sigs with an expiry?
Thanks!
Suggestion: Allow pre-heating modules while cloaked
Keywords: cloak, overheat
Pretty simple really. You can pre-heat a module, cloak, and the module stays heated when you decloak. You cannot however pre-heat a module while you’re already cloaked - you’ve got to decloak, pre-heat it and then recloak. You should be able to do that.
Suggestion: Cargo deposit on citadels stays open after failure
Keywords: citadels, cargo deposit
Right now when you’re landing on grid with a citadel you can open the cargo deposit window while you’re still decelerating from warp and drag items into it from your cargo. If you click the Transfer button too soon (while still in warp) it fails and all the items go back to your cargo.
They should just remain in the window so you can try again when you’ve fully exited warp.
Suggestion: Faction Warfare UI opening to relevant warzone.
keywords: ui, faction warfare
I’m currently enlisted in Guristas and when I open the Factional Warfare user interface, it defaults to displaying the Minmatar / Amarr warzone, rather than the Gallente/Caldari warzone.
Suggestion: Keep signal strength for probe results from past scans
Keywords: probe, scanning, ui
Currently if you do an e.g. 8AU probe sweep you’ll resolve a bunch of sigs to single points with varying levels of signal strength. If you then do a 1 or 2AU scan of one of them there’s a decent chance that at least one of the sigs you previously got results for now won’t be covered by your probes.
The signal strength of all sigs that weren’t covered is reset to zero, so you have to remember all the sig IDs that had decently-high strengths so you can prioritise probing them next.
Ideally it would be great if the probe scanner just kept the previous result for a sig if the new one is worse (although not for moveable results like ships/drones etc), but even just leaving the results alone for sigs that weren’t covered at all by the most recent scan would be nice.
I second this suggestion. Even a monospace font will greatly assist.

The 10 second session change timer mechanic needs to be changed such that while docked in a station, when changing ship/pod or fleet management action the action occurs immediately and resets the session change timer to 10 seconds.
