Suggestion: Chat and Mail Filters for Links

The rookie corp channels (and others) are flooded with 1mil sp spammers, some of them potentially bots. This is likely driving new players out of the game as the links look suspiciously like gold sellers from other games. So I would like a series of chat and mail filters, that are defaulted to on, that will auto block any links that are associated with the filters. Potential filters: external link, contracts, hypernet, ect. Forum discussion: CCPlease do something about the 1mil sp spammers
