Note: Its logical that a space station would be able to make small maneuvers for adjustments. There is no good reason for taking taking down a station to do this.
Suggestion: Move corruption/suppression level percent value to the same line as stage level
Keywords: ui, insurgency map
Note: For pirate FOB system Vanguard contribution is not showing properly, it is clipped out of view
It would be more readable if you just put stage level percent value to the same line as stage level and the Vanguard percent value would has entire line for itself or live both percents in the same line as now but replace word “Vanguard” with Vanguard logo.
Here is how it looks on my computer (3,4K, 150% UI scalling)
Suggestion: darken the area behind the ship controls (modules you click to activate) so you can see the outlines of active/overheated modules when the background is too bright.
Hi CCP,
I’d like to suggest a feature that could be beneficial for users with advanced CPUs, such as the Ryzen 9 7900X3D. These CPUs have a unique architecture where one CCD (Core Complex Die) is directly connected to a large L3 cache, providing significantly better performance when applications are pinned to this CCD.
Owners of intel cpus with this option would also have a gain, as they have a BIGlittle architect, i.e. one group of very high-performance cores, and another group that consumes less energy but is less high-performance.
While there are automatic mechanisms in place (like Windows thread management and AMD Dynamic Thread Boost) that generally handle this well, it would be fantastic to have a manual core allocation option in the CCP launcher. This would allow players to configure EVE to run on a specific CCD or set of cores, if desired.
This option has nothing to do with the game code: it’s an option that Windows or Linux interprets before running the game. It’s native to all OS.
Suggestion: The Route settings need the “Avoid dangerous Insurgency systems” option.
Keywords: UI, route, autopilot, settings
Notes: Similar to “Avoid Trigshits/Edencom systems”, Insurgency systems should also be avoidable with the click of a button.
SUGGESTION : please allow same functionality that’s available in item hanger in containers etc, there are many things you can do in item hanger you do it other containers like sell or fit etc its a bit of pain having to keep moving your stuff to your hangar to do things.
SUGGESTION : allow us to cancel asset safety request. not sure why you cant and if we do then its our fault because the timer restarts.
Posts are red by the CCP Karkur’s bot and registered in CCP QoL backlog for triage.
The bot looks for posts formatted in a specific way. The rest is ignored.
It was explained in the first post. So it definitely isn’t trolling. If you want your suggestion being registered by CCP you better follow the protocol
Suggestion: Stop using the character name for newly assembled ship’s name. Use the type only.
Keywords: assembling, ship name, Directional Scan
Note: Especially in hostile space (WHs, Low, Null, Pochven) the last thing you want is others to see on Dscan who your ship (or Capsule) belongs to, so he can quickly check thirdparty tools for additional intel or track which pilots are going in or out. It’s simply annoying having rename your capsule every time you eject or shuttle every time you just want to travel out or in, it brings no benefit to have the char name in the ship name, only disadvantages. Just leave it at the type. Or at least give us the option to disable this auto-naming.
and only one suggestion per thread… but yes there is a certain format it has to be in… i’m trying to get folks to put the right formatting otherwise her algorithm won’t see it…
Suggestion: Add the option to remove dimming for dialog popups.
Keywords: ui, eyecare
Note: Useful to limit eye pain
When you are trying to fill a planet with 12-18 elements in 4000 quantity each, you are forced to see planet (which is usually bright) and constant quantity popups that will dim the display. When this happens eyes are really hurting.
