Since patch, my local window sometimes won’t open upon login. If I restart the whole client, it will resolve itself. But logging off does not. Kind of a hassle. Anyone else with this issue?

I’ve been having the same issue on several characters. My Chat Channels interface under Social shows that I am part of Local, Alliance, Corp, and a few other channels, however clicking on the channels does not bring up a window with those channels for me to view and interact with.
I’m having the issue across multiple devices and restarting client doesn’t seem to have done anything to fix the issue.
