Based out of Osmedens university of Callie, Locarqed Incorporated is a merger between elements of the Gallente navy and local mining organizations. The former utilizing the latter for research and development of weapons and equipment. There are links between Locarqed and the Black Eagles, perhaps even being a subgroup of them given the rumors of a dedicated Capsuleer cohort among the infamous group.
Yet the group appears to be a significant departure from Mentas Blaque and Solitudes politics, perhaps as a symptom of being formed during operation Rogues Edge under a president supportive of the Intaki Automatist party. Indeed, many of their members tend to be Intaki citizens or progressives of the other two groups. Despite their willingness to fight the Caldari they also offer a place for industralists, miners, and cyber warfare experts.
