In 2021, CCP gave out 3 complete sets (Men’s & Women’s Commander’s Dress Jacket & Pants) for all 4 main Factions as rewards for each Factions Propaganda contest held here in the Forums… 4 Faction Propaganda Contests with 3 sets rewarded in each contest = 12 sets of Faction Commander’s Dress Jacket & Pants…
Honorable mentions in each contest received a limited edition Propaganda Medal for that Faction… Also during FanFest of that year, CCP gave out a few sets of those Faction Commander’s Dress Apparel and Propaganda Medals as rewards for contests…
And that’s about it… Yeah they’re rare and I’d love to have them in my collection of 777 different Men’s and Women’s Apparel items…

Thanks for the tag… All 4 Faction Commander’s Dress Apparel sets, both Men’s and Women’s version, are definitely on my list of items to get… However, I just can’t justify spending billions and billions of ISK for them…

Well, a male version (state commander) sold for about 300~ last year, this being less available than the male version means to me it’s probably worth more than that? Is that too much? Maybe, it depends on the buyer.
And yeah, I’d be open to offers with high value items, AT Ships, Capitals/Supers are all fairly liquid enough to be acceptable (though I’m open to other things as well, depending on interest)
Definitely something I don’t mind sitting on as it is exceedingly rare.
These women’s suits are especially cool as a luxury item because, unlike the Silvershore Greatcoat, women can actually wear these.

Outdated game mechanics. I would be open to making it unisex without handing out more. Or they can offer the other version without handing out more.
