You do realize that if this was a mass problem, forums would be full of locked threads about it and probably CCP Falcon would have made one consolidating thread about the issue.
Try renaming your EVE folder in %appdata%\local\CCP. that way you will start clean and without old settings, but keep them at the same time. Usually helps for me when the launcher stops working.
