The idea is you continue to hack while the bad guys (usually only one or two) can only bump you due to being jammed out? (could be the silliest idea ever)
Probably not fun… but if they bring drones you probably will have to warp out.
Drones set to “Aggressive” tend to attack people or NPCs who use e-war against the ship they where launched from.
Probably fun thought: Add an ECM-Drone to make it perfect.

How can you leave med slot empty on a falcon? Isnt it better to have a slightly less speedy ship but having for example a lot more resistances in case jams dont apply?
All those fits are nice, but I recommend a grav cap mod, even if your skills are top notch. For ships without scanning bonus, this is basically a must to reduce headaches.
By the way, a year or so ago I went exploring with a Pilgrim. It worked astonishingly well, even though at one point I had to flee from some angry Russians after I blew up a mining barge in W-space.
With the kind of DPS a Falcon and a Griffin are bringing to the table though, yeah jamming seems like the way to go.
