I’m a fleet commander focused on small→medium gangs — I aim for fun and wins: disciplined roams, content creation, shotcalling, doctrine work and FC training nights that get pilots engaged and improve fleet performance. I also run recruitment pipelines and onboarding programs designed to convert interest into active, retained members (screening, onboarding checklists, mentorship pairing, analytics).

On the tools side I design corp branding, landing pages, dashboards and Discord integrations (automated onboarding, role assignment, activity dashboards) so your recruitment and retention work actually scales and looks sharp. If you want fewer stale applicants, more engaged pilots, and fleets people talk about in fleet chat — I’ll deliver.
